We strongly encourage our customers to purchase styles that you have been fit within the past year to avoid any problems with fit. There are many differences between the bra brands and how they fit.
If you think you have changed size or would like to try a new style, we advise you to come by the store to be refitted and try on to ensure a proper fit and satisfaction.
We do our best to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible. At times, we may experience colours and/or sizes out of stock which will prolong delivery. We will notify you by email of any delays due to stock availability.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours excluding orders placed on the weekend.
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expediated Service and should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the province.
If you are not completely happy with an item, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Return it back to us by mail or in store in the same condition that you received it for an exchange or store credit only, no refunds.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties and thongs.
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and must be send back within 2 weeks of receipt of order with a copy of the invoice.
